Champions League Final

Wallid is an Israeli-Arab who only wanted to see the Champion's League Final between Real Madrid and Bayren Leverkusen on May 18 , 2002. The backdrop is the Second Intifada (uprising) in Israel, and the relations between Arabs and Jews are extremely tense.

His wife had forced him to come to a fund-raising event in Jerusalem on the evening of the match, but he decides to ditch the event and go watch the match at his friend's house in the Palestinian Territories nearby.

The way there is interrupted by the sight of a wounded religious Jew lying by the road, and he decides to help him. But he dies midway to the hospital back in Israel. Now stuck with a corpse, and dead in the middle of a heated conflict, he decides to seek help from his Palestinian friend…
